would like to save this item into the coreldraw x5 as a texture library item.
How Do I do this ?

Bitmap fill is normal but would there be a way to save it as item that can be access inside Corel?

You can keep your new bitmap texture wherever you like on your computer. Just load them from the Pattern Fill dialog.
