Macro for banner print - preparation of grommets and bleed

Hi everybody,

There is a new plug-in for Illustrator from Onyx for banner print
preparation:

My question:
Is there any macro or external program with similar functions for the
preparation of banner print (Bleed, grommets, marks - see attachment) for
CorelDraw?
If not - is there anyone, who could write such a macro? This would be very
helpful, even if it would cost a bit.
