Using the Fountain Fill, is there any way to include the lightest shade in the center of the darker shade so as to give a curved effect to a rectangle?
Maybe not the Fountain Fill, but are you looking to do something like this?
Thanks for your reply. But I was looking for a horizintal Linear Fountain Fill that has the lightest shade in between the darker shade. The darker shade would be at top and bottom of rectangle. I copied an image below that I did in Word, but I don't know if it will show up in this message.

Clive, either will work............Blend or Fountain fill
Of course there's a way. Just select fountain fill, then click on the icon and choose custom. Set the end points to the darker color, add a new step in the middle, and set it to the light color.
The program help gives step by step instructions.
