Fusion question

Hope this is the correct spot for this question. I wanted to know if there is a way to convert my pdf to two page spread pngs as it is laid out? So far I can only convert it to individual pngs.

Thank you!
Nancy

  • Hello nanrector; You may want to look at PNG files instead of jpeg. Corel's PDF Fusion will convert PDF files to multi page PNG files.

    • Sorry... I meant png.  I just can't figure out how to make it do a two page spread as a single png.

      • Look at Tools>Options>Document>Layout

        check 'facing pages"

then either begin on left or begin on right.

You'll need page borders on both pages(even if they have no fill or no border) then select everything and export.

        • That appears to be exactly what I need... however I've not used this software much  I  don't appear to have a Tools menu or options Just Preferences under Edit. I've been through all the menus.

          • You should have a Tools>Options. But if you don't (weird) try Ctrl+J.

Here is where the menu is Should be almost the same as in X5.

            • Nanrector; you have to click on the mutli page view, and just drag and drop the second page in with the first. You'll find it a easy program to use once you learn your way around.

Ah. He has it posted in the X5 forum. Is the native file in X5 or in PDF?

EDIT: Interesting program. Might have to pick that up. We've got Acrobat Pro, but I still don't have a way to convert Powerpoint files that my customers give me.

            • Hi Nancy,

Their is not a lot of page sizes in PDF Fusion that I can see but if you go to a new page view.

Up on your menu bar > File > edit > View< select  < EDIT > and at the bottom of the drop down select

< Preferences >  then new Page size.

That is the best that I can suggest for a page size.

If you were using Corel Draw I would suggest that you open a custom page size to the size that you want
