Can't open CorelDRAW x8. Condition #5000

Says no fonts. Next screen CorelDraw X8 Condition #5000-E:/BLD/CDGS-DC-JOB1/SRC/APPS/VGCORE...
Never opens - shuts down. Any suggestions? I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling? I am running Windows 10.

    account issue

    I get this error message after uninstalling all corel programs and with a clean uninstall. Yes ive already registered. but i cant start program due the fact ive got this going. the username/email and password is correct. so what is going on. i don't even know if ill get the same error messages before.
