My question is how much will it cost me to upgrade and how much is the monthly subscription charge.
I am using Windows 10 and I do not want to change to Windows 11 for many reasons.

Who is telling you that you must upgrade to a subscription? And why?
Every time I open Coreldraw to create a new document I receive a notice telling me the cost to upgrade will be $269.00 dollars a year plus the monthly subscription costs.
Is the message a scam?

Corel really, really like to advertise their new product.
That can include advertising on the Welcome screen.
That can also include advertising that pops up after you close CorelDRAW.
