I have successfully used it for the help files in CorelDraw and just tried to use it for PhotoPaint and got an "error while creating backup" so it did not complete. Is it not meant for PP?

Hi S,
I believe all Corel files are processed the first time you run, you can see pp files in dialog below
Os wrote this macro.
You might be seeing error by running again on files that were already processed.
Thanks Jeff for your reply. Since installing the macro the first time the help files in Draw became larger and very legible but the help files in Paint did not. That is why I tried to install it in the Paint program files but received the error message and the process did not complete. I was hoping you had a suggestion. I am using X3, could that be the difference?

I see in Draw X3 help an "A" icon to adjust text size for help.
PP X3/X4, and Draw X4 help have no such icon.
The utility is an "As is" thing, so no updates are planned. Sorry.
If you want to cruise the help file and have a CRT monitor, you can lower the screen resolution of the monitor to see larger text.
