making a book

the easiest way to do this is to simply layout your newsletter  8.5 x 7.page size...1 up (ie 1 page per page)

.then use corels Imposition tool...

under print...

preview

then choose imposition...its the second icon down on the left..(the display will change to a grey box with an arrow and a big number 1....

then where it says " as in document (full page)"  right above the option you just clicked\

click on the drop down menu

choose booklet

and it will do the imposition for you

2 trhings to remember...make sure your page size is set to 8.5 x 14 landscape..and make sure it has print complete document selected... then what i usually do is use a program like pdf creator and print this directly to pdf, all laid out and ready to go.....

let Corel do the imposition for you...no need to lay it out yourself

This is much easier  for you as well..in case youd like to change the page order down the rpoad...no more having to re lay everything out in a different order.. and the original file stays in its correct order....

first, setup your docuemnt at the real size. For example, if you want an A4 magazine, the page size must be A4

double click on the page's border. Choose a double-size page. For example, if you are using an A4 vertical, you must choose an A3 horizontal (2 A4)

Go to "design", and choose "booklet" and "opposite faces". Ready. Press OK

Adjust your design as you want, number of pages, and all your design. When you finished, go to the Print Preview.,, Magic! all what Paul Warren said is automatically ready.
