How far is the time when corel will be run with the voice commands. How fascinating it would be to design a job on the go... Our hands have done enough now it's our mouth's turn to do it for us. I would like u to discuss on this issue not deny it totally, coz the computers will keep taking step forwards, after speaking time will come when computers will do what we think by reading our minds.
Hi, so now it's 14 years later, is there voice command software for CorelDraw because my hands are not in good shape?
If not, what door can I bang to get this moving?
Corel needs to focus on the basics, like fixing various bugs that have been present in the software for years. Adding voice command capabilities now when various other things need attention would be like blowing a bunch of money on a crystal chandelier to hang in the living room despite the home having a leaking roof or bad foundation.
Well that doesn't sound very good. Can you go into detail about these bugs please and how they might affect voice commands moving forward. My hands are giving up. I just want to know if they Corel, have mentioned it. If not, after 30 years designing in Corel I might have to migrate to a programme that can support voice commands.
.
I'm not aware of any graphic design software that can be manipulated via voice commands or where one could even begin at making such a thing a reality. Every one of them relies on a combination of input via keyboards and mice/pens. My biggest complaints with CorelDRAW have to do with how it handles certain fonts. Some fail to load properly in various ways, like all styles in a type family being rendered as italic or the whole family gets substituted with Arial.
