How to make a repeating pattern around an object

I would like to have some help, i want to the picture back on high resolution, but i need some option to make the repeating pattern of the triangles around the circle, anybody knows how this can be done?

    Here is another method using blend tool.

    Click the ellipse tool
    Press and hold Ctrl Shift Alt keys
    Click and drag to draw a perfect circle
    Click the polygon tool
    Press and hold Ctrl Shift Alt keys
    Click and drag to draw a small polygon
    Change the number of sides to 3
    Press + key to make a copy
    Open the Blend dialog
    Click around the two triangles to select both
    Change the value of the number of steps in the blend dialog box to 10 or so
    Click Apply
    Click new path button
    Click the circle
    Click Blend along full path
    Click Rotate All objects
    Click Apply
