Files Save as Read-Only

I searched the forum and found this from 11 years ago. This is happening to me now on Coreldraw 2017 with windows 10.

Ok guys and gals, I have a question. For some strange reason all of my CorelDraw files are being saved as read-only. If I start a project today, I can save it, work on it some more and resave it today as many times as I need to; but when I work on it tomorrow and try to save it, a window pops up and says that the file was saved as a read-only and I need to save with a different name.

Any ideas?
