Looks like I'm lost.......... if this is not it, where is that forum, please?
No, this site is dedicated about the products of the CorelDRAW family, which include Corel PHOTO-PAINT as the photo-editing software. This specific forum is about photo-editing in general, not a specific application in particular. There are some Paint Shop Pro PHOTO newsgroups on our newsgroup server. You will find more information about this if you go to the community section on http://www.corel.com.

I think it is time for Corel to modernize like all other well known companies and to transfer all newsgroups to Forums, as far as I know PaintShop Pro is a Corel product and should be treated the same as Photo-Paint and Coreldraw, Ulead does have forums. One of the main reason is that some ISP do not support newsgroups anymore and have transferred the support to other companies. I would have to pay $10 a month just to access the newsgroup once in a while, price which I think is excessive. Furthermore, it is so much easier to find the question and answer which is the solution, we are looking for. Corel should make it easier for customers to find support. It is a non-sense to have newgroups for some products and forums for others. Please Corel get organized. Thank you
I know that my colleagues from the PaintShop Pro Photo team are looking at various options. Not sure what their timelines are, but I'll ping them to let them know about your post.
I fully agree that the Corel Products should be supported by forums rather than newsgroups.Currently there are two Official Corel Forums, this one and the one named Corel User to User Web Board http://phpbb.ulead.com.tw/EN/index.phpwhich began life as the Ulead User to User Web Board but now comes under the umbrella of Corel. It is not practical to merge the two forums - they serve different Corel products. The intention of the Administrators of both forums are for them to complement each other not compete.
It is also not practical at present to quickly extend either forum to products not currently supported otherwise the necessary skill base will not be there leaving forum members frustrated when questions are posted and then never answered. This became quickly obvious when prior to the merge with Corel, Ulead merged with Intervideo and the then administrators of the Ulead User to User Web Board - simply added new forums for the Intervideo products. Even today very limited support can be given to the customers of the former Intervideo Range because all the experts originated from the Ulead range of products.
Following discussions with Corel it has been agreed to extend the Corel User to User Web Board to include reference to Paint Shop Pro.
