I bought an upgrade for my PSP 9. Paid some real money, received a virtual product.
After the first installation the program came up OK, I tried it and closed it. The next day upon restarting it it hung and froze. There was some media cataloguing process started by the main program, which did not do anything in the course of several hours.
Being unable to rectify this decided to reinstall and try again. The only result of this was the message that "This copy of Paint Shop Pro... has expired and will now terminate" - or something like that. No reinstall can rectify this.
The result of repeated reinstalls appears to have affected the system in general, causing other software to stop functioning.
For some strange reason I cannot access any support features on the Corel site, I am returned 404 messages for whatever I try. There is no phone support for my country, nearly nothing to turn to for help. Any advice?
Did you bought it directly from Corel?
What country are you at?

As directly as the internet store allows. I have all the certification emails I received.
I am in Latvia. For some reason neither the "old version" (X2) nor my country are included in any specific support pages.
Still I have another idea regarding those 404: I neither can open downloads.com pages (specifically this site), resulting in a similar message (saying that the page is not available). It maybe some script or particular activity my security settings are blocking, but then - no experiment of mine has allowed to get past this strange phenomenon. And the sites do not want to uncover what might be the cause that leads to this.
