I think you need to give a little more information. I see this is your first post and you are asking someone to do something for you. Are you a CorelDraw user yourself or have you come to ask someone to do some graphic work for you.
Are you asking someone to give you a freebie, or are you offering to pay someone for their services. Do you need a design with certain characteristics, i.e. green or dry reddy brown. Vector or bitmap, what do you mean when you say "half". If any old image will do then Googling will bring up a lot of results and you can cut the image in half in various programs.
I'm sure someone can help you out if you explain in more detail what it is you want.
