I'm new and sure this isn't the right place to ask for help with a simple script problem but for the life of me I can't work out where I'm supposed to post.
Can some one please point me in the right direction?
I'm using Corel Draw and Paint to create graphics which I then manipulate in Final cut studio's Move and Shake.
I often end up with hundreds of files in a sequence and corel scripts are a great help to speed things up.
However, I am not a dab hand with basic and simply use the record method for producing scripts, I can't work out how to make my scripts do a 'save as' and use the existing file name without every file being given the same file name that appears in the recorded script example.
I want 'name 001.jpg' then 'name 002.jpg' etc but of course every file I apply the script to uses the recorded name ie 'name 001.jpg'.
Could someone please point me to a sight with help on this, I have searched all the help files to no avail.
many thanks
try this cool macro to export from Draw.
