Rhetorical question/statement really...has there every been a version of DRAW that doesn't crash after customizing the workspace? I haven't used one yet. I don't know WHY Corel even made workspace customization an option as it never seem to last very long with doing the old F8 trick. So frustrating.
Oh and as usual, those who never have problems need not reply. We all know what your responses will be.

So., you believe that we lie? Or perhaps, do you believe that the company pay people for say "there's no problem"?
I always customize my workspace, and save with a different name. Also, i export/export as a new workspace. And I never found problems on that. The problem is if you import a workspace from a different version. That's a very bad idea.
No.

I also save to a different name. Import and export when needed. I do not import a workspace from a different version. But continue to have issues, for years, on many machines and many versions of Win and Corel.
"Save setting as default" means you better have your work backed up (i.e. create multiple versions as you go) and be prepared to restart holding F8.
As stated, it does no good for you or anyone like you to reply to this and say that because you have no problem I (we) shouldn't, but you couldn't resist, could you. :-)
William why do you continue to bother and post? If memory serves you use a MAC with an AMD display card which is know to have issues. Losing 5 hours a year spays for you to use another process that's more viable. Clearly it's something that a few people have issues with but it's not me I run files into the multi GB range with 40,00 or 50,000 objects.
If you have such a good memory then you’ll remember that I used to head up a global team, all using Draw on multiple machines, in three countries. You may also remember that we all switched to Adobe because of all the problems we had with Draw, and that IT stopped supporting it due to all the troubles it caused.
And just so you know, I have been contact privately by two members of this forum who tell me they no longer come to this forum because of the trolling and negative comments and bullying whenever someone voices a ”negative” opinion here.
The reason I keep posting is to let others in my situation know that they are not alone. You guys may think you are helping, but you are not. Basically saying that it must be me (and all the others that gave these problems) or my computer (even though there have been many versions and configurations) is narrow-minded and insensitive. If you think I’m wrong I urge you to CAREFULLY reread your replies and see how they may be seen as having a negative underlying tone. For instance, Arial’s very first comment on this post accused me of believing you all are lying or are secretly being paid by Corel. Never did I ever even hint at something like that. What an insult! It’s juvenile and honestly borders on bullying.
I’m sure you’ll feel the need to respond with an attempt to validate you position and prove my feelings and experiences are not valid, and that because you guys have no problems and that it must be something I (WE) are doing. If you’re ego demands it then go for it, but I won't be reading or replying. Your overall mood of your responses here have ruined this site for me.

Arial is a font. My name is Ariel
Dude you need to make a font named Ariel, that will make the confusion entertaining! :-)

Ok now we have a WINNER!!! :-)
I don’t believe that they think they are being helpful. It just looks like people who are emotionally invested in something, and trying their best to protect it.
