Where is the color management in CorelDraw for Mac?

I am trying to help a user of CorelDraw on a Mac set some default document settings but they don't have a TOOLS menu like I do on my PC version?

As I'm attempting this over the phone it's proving difficult.

Can anyone point me in the right direction please.
