I have coreldraw 11 and it came with photopain 11 and I need some help with Lables.
If you go on the Net or to a store you can get a lot of Lables by say Avery.
And then you need a program to open the Templeatte in so you can print on the Lables and they now how to Aline on the page.
And the same thing goes for CD VDV Lables.
Is there certain Lables I can get and have Coreldraw or photopaint open a Templeate for it?????
I don't have version 11, but I think the process is the same. In CorelDraw, go to Tools>Options. Look under Document>Labels, select Labels and you'll see a large drop down list where you can choose the label brand, size, etc. Check the Help for more info.
Patti
Patti is right -- I do have CorelDRAW 11 and that is exactly how to do it.
Good job, Patti!!
Sorry. I have been thinking you were questioning the Save Incremental Field Data. I covered Incremental Data Field in an earlier post. Maybe not very well so I will try again.
An Incremental Data Field is a named numeric field. There are some options. In other words, it is a counter. Nothing more. If you check the box while you have a named field highlighted, the field will become a numeric field. The numbers are generated for each record by Corel automatically, based the the options you select.
Each records field entry can be the same number if you enter the same start and end number.
Each entry will increase by a positive one (+1) or each for each record. Start number only and auto increment box checked. Or the start number is less than the end number. Conversely you can reduce the count by a negative one (-1) by having the start number larger than the end number.
If you have more records than the difference in the start and end number the field will start all over. So that if you have 100 records and a start number of 1 and an end number of 5, your incremental field will start at 1 and run to 5 and then start all over with 1 run to 5 and the do it all over again.
I did not cover all variables. Try some on a sample merge database.
I hope that is a better explanation.
If you are creating an address type Print merge, you will most likely have little use for an Incremental Data Field.
I am soory I still think I realy don't understand what you meen.
One the First screen in the Print Marge wizard.
Wen I type in the names I want to give the Data Fields I see a checkbox
Incramental Data Fields.
Now you say if I put a check in the box it will ad a filed name called Incramental Data am I right????????????????????????
And this field is ware you will see it keep count of the REC??????
Now you say if I put a check in the box it will ad a filed name called Incramental Data am I right????????????????????????
Yes, If you put a check in box the field you have selected will become an Incremental data field
In the above case the field would start zero in the first record and would be increased by one for each added record.

It could be used for that. You could use it for ticket number, receipt numbers or many others. The number use is up to you.
Remember the Print Merge feature is used in printing out the field data.
Once again I suggest you create an practice data base and experiment. I does not have be large. Four of five enties would do.
I apologize for not being able to make it any clearer.
Perhaps someone will be along and do a better job.
I think you have been doing a pretty good job of explaining it.
OK I get it now.
Now just one more thing???
Wen you say after I ad a Data Field I check the box and it will make that field an Incramental field.
Do you meen after I ad say one Name like First Name I then check the box or after I ad all the fileds F Name L Name Stret City State then I put a checkmark???

I don't think you get it at all! I never advised you to make any field an Incremental field. I was answering you questions concerning what an incremental data field is and how to create one.
I don't believe you understand what an incremental field is, although I have explained it many times. You apparently have not experimented with the various aspects of the Print Merge feature in order to understand how it works an what happens when you check the box as I have suggested in almost every post.

I am sorry I am not able to explain it any better than I have in all the above.posts.
I wish you the best of luck and I do hope someone comes along who is able to help you. I apparently, cannot.
OK so if I name the fields like I do
F name L name Address and city state and go on and save it this is one Record.
Now if I do the same thing I name the fields like I doF name L name Address and city state but then insteat of just going to save it I first put a checkmark in Incramental Data then I go to save it as a Record it will just save it as a newmarical Record??????????
