Hi
I have some old .ppf files which are teaching Slides like a Powerpoint type thing, each file I have has 15-20 pages in and they seem to open in Corel Draw no problem and I have been able to Ungroup also no Problem. But not sure how to put each slide on a separate page (automatically if Possible if not Manually)
Then I want to re-save as a more modern File that I can open or import to Powerpoint ..
Hope I make sense
I would Imagine that does not matter that they are a .ppf files as would be the same importing any multipage doc .
Any help Is much appreciated
Cheers Mark
Version 11 may not have had the facility, but in more recent versions (eg X4) there is a checkbox "maintain layers and pages".
Incidentally, powerpoint is usually .ppt but that may just have been a misprint. PPF might be picture publisher.

I'm not sure about that. X4 seems to have a PPT export filter (visible in tools > options > global > filters > vector) but the export dialogue does not offer a PPT option.
But apparently, powerpoint can import old CorelDraw files, so you could try saving as CDR version 5.
See also http://support.microsoft.com/kb/137599 if you cannot see an option to import CDR.
Hi Harry
No My files are ppf - bit obsolete now but open in Corel draw ok , All I need to know is how to open them correctly and save them in What format and how so I can open in Powerpoint .
I only have coral Draw 11 (for mac)
Being on mac may complicate things, but I would try saving as CDR v5 and see if you can persuade powerpoint to use it.
I Just tried That - But nothing seems to want to know how to open it .
I have just found another way by Trial and error - I import the ppf file to CDR (unfortunately I can only see 1 slide not all the 15 sides) But if I then Export as a AutoCad DFX File it Saves a .dfx (which I just delete) and many jpegs from each slide . Then I can drag to "keynote" (apples Powerpoint) then save as a Powerpoint file (keynote allows me to do this) and hey presto I can use in Powerpoint.
Unfortunately This only gives me Lowish quality slides and a Bit small But whatever I try I cannot make full size slide in Good Quality.
So still looking for a Better way to do this if anyone has any Ideas Obviously Exporting to autocad DFX then taking there jpegs is not the correct way .
I have tried to convert to bitmap-jpeg and just export to jpeg But this only gives me one jpeg slide not 15 thats in the ppf file - But export the same .ppf to autocad and I get many jpegs ????
Anyone know just a Way of separating all the individual slides in corral draw -then maybe I can export to normal jpeg ??
