I have CorelDraw 11 and make 2 one inch Box shaps. The one on the left is Black and the one on the Right is Yellow. I then Pick my Blend Tool and Hold my CTRL Key down and draw the line from the first shap to the last shap.
It all works good and blends them but one thing I keep the outline on both Shaps because I want to see the Blendding Afect.
And I see that the first shap stay as one inch big but the last shap it makes very small?
I would like to make the shap at the start and end stay as one inch in size and just have it Blend is this pasable?
And one more thing I see no setting to change how many steps of Blendding will happen?
If I understand you correctly, you want to end up with 8, one inch squares total, Like this:
Create one 1" square and duplicate it., They should be placed 8" apart (left edge to right edge. Use you beginning color on one and end color on the other Use the blend tool to and use 6 steps on the property bar. If you do not have the Property Bar, as you indicate, right click on a blank space in the any existing bar and make sure Property Bar is selected.
OK I think I am getting the hange of it but very slow. I do make two 1 inch shaps like you did. And I place them 1 inch apart and give the first one color Black and the second color Yellow.
I Drag the Blend Tool from first shape to second shape and it works.
And yes the last sape is biger becayse they are all overlapping I do not know why? So I go to the Tool Bar and pick Blend and Re Sizing I think it says.
Then I can space them out so they line up next to one another.
But one thing if I go to Number Of Abjects and type say 5 it makes 7 Blended shaps. And if I type 10 it makes 12 Blended shaps?
Why is it putting 2 Extra Shapes??
